Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Optics account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
